Weekly Run Details

Welcome to VCA Runs’ weekly running event, where we journey through some of the most scenic routes Toronto has to offer. We cater to all fitness levels, and everyone is welcome to join us, whether you’re a seasoned marathoner or just starting your fitness journey.

Our signature run is a picturesque 10K course that begins at the heart of the Mimico area (68 Marine Parade Dr, Toronto, ON M8V 1A1) and stretches along the tranquil Lakeshore, culminating at the stunning Marilyn Bell Park. This course will provide you with breathtaking views and the camaraderie of a vibrant running community.

To ensure that everyone has a great experience, we have categorized our runners into four main groups:

  1. Walk Group: Perfect for those who prefer a leisurely pace, this group is all about enjoying the atmosphere and company.
  2. Beginner 5K: This group caters to runners who are starting their journey or those who enjoy a comfortable 5K run. Guidance will be provided for beginners aiming to gradually increase their distance.
  3. Intermediate 10K: If you’re familiar with running and looking to challenge yourself a bit, this is the group for you. Our 10K group follows the full Lakeshore route, offering a delightful run for those ready to tackle longer distances.
  4. Advanced 15K+: For the seasoned runners, we have our advanced group where you can push your limits and run distances beyond 15K.

Our weekly event is not just a run; it’s an opportunity to be part of a supportive community that shares a common passion. Regardless of your level, there’s a place for you at VCA Runs. We can’t wait to see you at our next event!
